Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of total rent.

2. Cancellations that are made between ninety (90) and thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total rent.

3. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full rent (100%). 50% of rent cancellation fees can be re-allocated to future booking (open-ended).

4. Any cancellation due to force major (war, pandemic, etc.) that are made less than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 20% of total rent which can be re-allocated to future booking (open-ended).
